Precautions for using touch screen products

　　1. The film surface of the touch screen is the touch surface, which is the front of the product; the glass surface is the non-touch surface, which is the back of the product.

　　2. The touch screen part is made of glass, and the glass corners are sharp. Please wear gloves (finger cots) when assembling.

　　3. The touch screen is made of fragile glass. Do not apply strong impact to the touch screen during assembly.

　　4. Avoid directly taking the lead wire and picking up the touch screen, and avoid pulling the lead wire.

　　5. The part of the lead wire reinforcement plate cannot be bent.

　　6. Any part of the lead wire is not allowed to be folded in half, and the bending radius during the assembly process must be R>1.5mm.

　　7. When assembling, the lead wire must be inserted horizontally, and the root of the reinforcing plate must not be folded in half.

　　8. Single-chip operation is required when picking and placing products, handle with care, avoid product collision and scratch the product surface.

　　9. To clean the surface of the product, please wipe with a soft cloth (deerskin) dipped in petroleum ether.

　　10. Do not use corrosive organic solvents to wipe the touch screen surface. Such as: wipe machine water, industrial alcohol, etc.

　　11. When wiping the golden finger of the touch screen, please wipe along the direction of the golden finger, not horizontally.

　　12. Do not stack touch screens.

　　13. Please pay attention to the following matters during assembly design and frame design.

　　13.1 The pillars that fix the frame of the touch screen must be outside the visible area of ​​the touch screen.

　　13.2 The frame edge must be outside the operation of the touch screen, and the frame edge must not have a pressure action from the visible area to the operating interval.

　　13.3 It is recommended that the material for fixing the touch screen is plastic material, and the front part of the touch screen is covered with soft material.

　　13.4 Do not use corrosive glue on the surface of the touch screen.
